We are intentional and purposeful in our efforts to partner with organizations, institutions, ministries, and individuals in job shadowing opportunities lighting the path for success.

Lesli Lee, Founder and Managing Director, has a passion for guiding youth and young adults towards success. She has diligently supported and mentored youth for 20 years and is keenly focused on being a resource for career development. In her work with TLWC, assisting achievers in reaching their highest, potential, she provides exposure to various careers through virtual job shadowing and essential employment training programs.
